Wildlife Rehabilitation Service Guide 2023 - How To Help Injured Wildlife

Find injured wildlife somewhere in Arizona?

Arizona is home to many great licensed wildlife rehabilitation facilities. At this time, Snake Guru, LLC is NOT licensed to perform wildlife rehabilitation. That being said, we often work closely with colleagues who provide these services when necessary. If injured wildlife is discovered, the best thing to do is leave it alone. From a safe distance, try to keep an eye on the animal and contact someone who has professional experience working with the specific wildlife.

Most wildlife rehabilitators operate through generous donations. If you find an animal needing their services, please make a donation so they can serve our community long into the future!

Phoenix Herpetological Sanctuary

Located in North Scottsdale, the Phoenix Herpetological Sanctuary (PHS) is Arizona’s largest reptile & amphibian rescue and rehabber. PHS also helps curate the largest antivenin bank in the southwestern United States. In addition to all this, they also help foster excellent educational programs for the public and host children’s camps.  Should you ever find yourself needing a resource for a reptile or amphibian, PHS is an excellent place to turn.
